Daniel Yarnes

PTA & Nutritional Coach

Dan was born in Lehigh Valley, PA, and moved out to Kutztown during elementary school. He graduated from Northwestern Lehigh High School in 2009 and Lehigh Carbon Community College in 2011. He also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science from DeSales University, graduating in 2014. Dan played soccer from 4 years old through high school and also competed in Track and Field in high school running the 100, 200, and 4×100 meters. After high school to stay active Dan took up karate and Brazilian jiu-jitsu and enjoys doing anything outdoors including hiking, rock climbing, and kayaking
