I get it…
The last thing you want to do after work is exercise and mobility work.
But trust me, if you do it, you will thank me later 😉.
Invest the time and it will pay you back, especially during the first few weeks of your new job. If you are doing movements and getting into positions that are new to your body, your body is going to get cranky.
If you do these simple movements, it will be less cranky. No matter what your job is.
